Normal Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear on the solar panel system, including degradation of solar panel efficiency over time.
Damage Caused by External Factors: Damage caused by external factors such as weather events, accidents, or vandalism.
Maintenance and Upgrades: Maintenance and upgrades not performed by Revolusun Power Company.
System Modifications: Modifications to the solar panel system not authorized by Revolusun Power Company.

Introduction:
At Revolusun Power Company, we are committed to delivering exceptional solar energy solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Our Solar Workmanship Warranty is designed to provide you with peace of mind, ensuring that your solar panel system operates efficiently and effectively throughout its lifespan.
Workmanship: This warranty covers defects in workmanship related to the installation of your solar panel system, including:
Electrical connections and wiring
Mounting and securing of solar panels and associated hardware
Installation of inverters, charge controllers, and other system components
Roof penetrations and sealing (if applicable)
Grounding and bonding
Materials (Labor Context) : This warranty also covers the failure of materials directly attributed to faulty installation, excluding normal wear and tear.
Duration: This Solar Workmanship Warranty is valid for a period of up to 10 years from the date of completion of the solar panel system installation.
Transferability: This warranty is transferable to a new property owner, provided Revolusun Power Company is notified in writing within 30 days of the property transfer.
Claims Process:
Notification: Notify Revolusun Power Company in writing of any alleged defects in workmanship within 30 days of discovery.
Inspection: Upon receipt of the notification, Revolusun Power Company will schedule an inspection at no cost to the customer to verify the claim.
Resolution: If the issue is found to be a defect in workmanship, Revolusun Power Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective workmanship at no additional cost to the customer.
Regular Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and maintenance as outlined in the System Owner’s Manual to ensure optimal performance and warranty validity.
Exclusions:
Revolusun Power Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective workmanship. In no event shall Revolusun Power Company be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages that arise from the installation or operation of the solar panel system.
